fBf is equipped with modern cardiovascular and strength equipment including 4 treadmills, 4 elliptical trainers, stationary & recumbent bikes, a circuit of selectorized strength machines and a full range of free weights. fBf is designed to offer members a fast and efficient workout option in a secure and non-intimidating environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

While fBf’s business model offers a self-service fitness option, we do understand that some members prefer a personal training option. DIAKADI and fBf are excited to offer personal training to fBf members. The DIAKADI training program is cost effective and a great opportunity for you to be taken through a detailed full-body assessment and then taught a program based on your fitness goals and needs that will take you through 8 weeks of training. Not only will you be presented with a variety of exercises to be performed at fBf but DIAKADI will also offer holistic guidelines – recommendations for nutrition, sleep and meditation.

THE CIRCUIT (free!)

Join us Mondays, from 6:30-7:30pm for a complete, full body workout. The Circuit, an instructor facilitated, group class uses the selectorized weight machines, free weights & cardio equipment. 

Memberships also include a quarterly newsletter with a variety of workout tips, locally sponsored events and activities, healthy food recipes and other related topics to help you and your dog become more conscious of a healthier lifestyle through exercise and involvement.
