We’ve been through it before and can certainly relate. You get home after work and are energized to go to the gym. However, you-know-who is sitting there wagging his tail, begging for a walk. You don’t have to feel guilty anymore about choosing your own health and fitness over your best friend’s happiness. fBf realizes that as much as you love walking your dog, you need to do a little more for yourself to maintain a healthy workout regime.
Which is why we are so excited to introduce fBf’s dog services. You and your dog will benefit from a walk to and from fBf, where upon arrival your dog can access the dog lounge or go on a pre-scheduled walk around Bernal Heights. Open in the evenings, the fBf dog lounge gives your dog the chance to socialize with other dogs in a supervised environment, while you focus on getting fit.

If your dog prefers a walk over socializing we’ll make sure your dog is tired after an hour-long walk on Bernal Hill or Holly Park while you reap the benefits of a consistent gym routine.

We screen for group compatibility and only allow a maximum of 8 dogs per group.
Dog Lounge Hours:*First-come first-served. Maximum 8 dogs scheduled per lounge.
Tuesday 5:30-7:00pm
Thursday 5:30-7:00pm
Dog Walking Hours: *Walks must be booked 24 hours in advance. Maximum of 6 dogs scheduled per walk.
Wednesday 1-2pm **Private and Group walks also available by appointment anytime outside of staff hours.
After joining, dog lounge members can purchase lounge visits and walks in packs of ten.

10 PACK | 1.5 hour dog lounge visits:

10 PACK | one-hour dog-walks: $120.00 ($12 per walk)
