DIAKADI 8-Week Custom Program

The DIAKADI training program is a cost effective fitness solution offering a detailed full-body assessment and customized personal fitness program.  The training program empowers members to maximize their fBf membership by presenting a variety of fitness techniques based around the fBf equipment and your fitness goals.   The program includes:

  • Full body balance, strength & flexibility assessment
  • Body measurements
  • Holistic guidelines focused on nutrition, sleep and meditation recommendations
  • DIAKADI personal trainer consultation throughout program
  • Techniques to increase core balance, strength and flexibility

DIAKADI Hourly Personal Training

DIAKADI  hourly personal training is designed to offer more flexibility for members who don’t want to commit upfront to a full DIAKADI training package. Hourly DIAKADI personal training is initiated with a 1.5-2 Hour Assessment at fBf or DIAKADI Body. DIAKADI trainers will walk you through the proper form and tools to use for each technique.

‘THE CIRCUIT’ orientation with Jim Wolff

fBf sponsors a FREE 1hr personal training session on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month with local personal trainer, Jim Wolff.  ‘The Circuit’ provides members the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the fBf equipment and identify the proper machine settings.  Additionally, ‘THE CIRCUIT’ grants members the ability enhance their regular workouts with tips and techniques provided by Jim.  Signup for ‘THE CIRCUIT’ at fBf signup sheet.  Jim also works independently with fBf members for 1:1 training.
